Ingredients
4 & 1/2 cups Crisped rice cereal'**
3/4th cup sunflower butter
1/3rd agave
1 cup dark chocolate chunks
1/4th cup coconut cream
Directions
In a bowl combine your sunflower butter and agave.
in a large bowl combine your crisped rice cereal and agave/nut butter mixture and set aside.
Using the double boiler method melt your chocolate and coconut cream together.
Line an 8x8 pan with parchment or wax paper and pour your rice picture in. making sure to press into the pan and flatten the top.
On top pour your melted chocolate on top and smooth evenly.
place in the freezer to set for about 2-3 hours and enjoy!
NOTE: If you are in a 110F heat wave like I was when I made these do not accidentally leave them on the counter and forget their existence…you will have a pan of melted chocolate rice treat mess…still tasty, but a liiiiittle messy…
