Gluten & Dairy free Waffles

I don’t know about you but I can’t seem to ever choose between pancakes and waffles. They both are equally epic in their way. One with the ability to be stacked and layered for days, the other filled to the brim with whatever toppings you want.

It’s just one of those things that I find myself overthinking, but when it comes down to it pancakes and waffles are here to help you make the best of your morning! So for now, let’s make some waffles!

Here is the PERFECT waffle recipe that is both gluten & dairy-free and ONLY seven ingredients.

Makes 2 servings

Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 3/4th cup cassava flour

  • 1/4th coconut flour

  • 2 Tbsp coconut sugar

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil

  • 1/4th cup Chocolate Chips (optional)

Directions

Pre-heat your Waffle Iron while you make the batter.

In a large bowl thoroughly mix together all of the dry ingredients and then whisk in the wet ingredients.

Fold in the Chocolate chips.

Spray your waffle iron with coconut oil and scoop your mixture onto the waffle iron.

Use all your favorite toppings, serve and enjoy!
